Questions - Everything people ask before they buy.
The six that stop people are on the homepage. This page carries all of them, answered in full.
- What am I paying $850 for, when the operating file is public?
- The operating file is published on GitHub and anybody can read it. What you are buying is the packs, the install instructions, and a license to use PAD in your business. If reading a file on GitHub and building the rest yourself is something you want to do, do that. Most people would rather pay for the version that installs itself and gets corrected as things change.
- Do I need to be technical to run the install?
- No step in the install needs a terminal and there is nothing to download or configure by hand. You paste one block of text into a new Claude chat and answer what it asks, and the parts a program cannot do for you are called out before each one. Set aside 45 to 75 minutes in one sitting. Claude checks its own work at every step and stops rather than continuing past a problem.
- What happens if the install does not work for me?
- If the same step fails twice in a fresh chat, you have two ways out and you pick. Send it back inside 14 days and we refund it, or put the $850 toward a guided install and somebody does it with you. Nobody outside this business has yet run the self install end to end from the published instructions, which is why both of those exist rather than a promise that it always works.
- Which install am I, self or guided?
- If you are comfortable following written instructions for about an hour and would rather not spend the difference, take the self install. If you want your own way of working pulled out of your head and written into the system, take the guided install: three ninety minute sessions inside 14 business days. IF YOU ARE NOT SURE, START AT $850. That amount comes off the price of a guided install if you move up, so choosing wrong costs you nothing.
- Does the fair housing check cover my state?
- No. The real estate pack carries the federal Fair Housing Act and no state rules at all, and it tells you so on every draft it reads, naming your state and saying its own rules were not checked. None of it is legal advice and none of it is a clearance.
- What happens to my records if I stop working with AgentSphere?
- Nothing changes. Your records are a folder of plain text files on your own computer. You can open them in any text editor without Claude, copy them to a backup drive, or delete the whole thing. Nothing in the folder is locked and nothing about it depends on staying a customer. There is no subscription to cancel, because every price on this page is paid once.
- What does AgentSphere guarantee?
- The work, and never a result. On a guided install that is three ninety minute sessions and a finished system inside 14 business days, closing with the tests run in front of you. On the self install it is the software, the instructions, and your money back inside 14 days if it does not install for you. Nothing here promises anything about what your business does afterward.
- What counts as a team on the guided team install?
- Whoever works with you. There is no headcount and no charge per person, so a team of three and a team of thirty both pay $7,500. The install runs as one group call with your whole team on it, and we ask how many people are coming so we can size the call. If you run a Claude Team account you can add people afterward and owe nothing further. If you are one person, the guided install is the one you want.
- Can I use PAD for more than one business?
- Yes. One folder holds more than one brand, and each brand carries its own rules, so two businesses can sit in the same vault without the rules of one being applied to the other. Take whichever activity packs apply to you.
- How long does the self install take?
- Between 45 to 75 minutes, in one sitting. Most of that is talking: Claude asks about your work, your role and one real deal you have going, and writes down what you say. Set the time aside in one block, because there is a point near the end where stopping halfway leaves the system half configured.
