Privacy - What this site knows about you.
Written from what the code does, which is more useful to you than a page of boilerplate. No lawyer has read it yet.

The short version
- This site has no forms. There is nowhere to type your name, your email address or anything else, so there is nothing for it to keep.
- Card details never reach AgentSphere. Stripe handles payment and Brett never sees a card number.
- There is no customer database. Nothing is stored in one, because there is not one.
- No cookies, so no cookie banner. Nothing here sets one.
Buying something
- Payment goes through Stripe. Card details never reach AgentSphere and Brett never sees them. Stripe collects them directly, holds them, and tells this site only whether the payment succeeded.
- What AgentSphere ends up with is your email address, your phone number, what you bought, and what Stripe reports back about the payment. Stripe holds the rest under its own privacy policy.
Site measurement
Three tools, all cookieless. That is the constraint, and it is why there is no banner.
- PostHog records which pages were viewed, and nothing else. Click tracking and session replay are both switched off in this site’s own code rather than in a dashboard, so neither can be turned back on without changing this page too. It keeps nothing between page loads, so it does not follow you from one visit to the next, and it sets no cookie.
- Vercel Web Analytics counts page views. Cookieless by design.
- Vercel Speed Insights measures how fast pages load. Cookieless by design.
What they do see
Like any server, these receive your IP address and browser details as part of the request, and the address of the page you were on. None of them is given your name or your email address, and there is nothing on this site to type either one into.
What is not here
No advertising tracking of any kind. No Meta Pixel, no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no retargeting, and nothing sold or shared with advertisers. Those tools set cookies and would require a banner. If that ever changes, this page changes first.
What there is not
Worth saying, because most privacy pages describe things this site does not have.
- No customer database. There is not one to be breached, exported or subpoenaed.
- No account to create and no password to store.
- Nothing sold. Your details are not sold, rented, traded or shared with anyone for marketing.
- No cookie banner, because nothing here sets a cookie that would need one.
Getting your details deleted
- Email brett@agntsphere.com and say so. One person reads that address.
- What he can delete: the emails carrying your details, which is where they live.
- What he cannot delete: anything Stripe is legally required to keep about a payment you made, and server logs already rotated out of reach. He will tell you plainly which is which rather than claiming it is all gone.
- You can also ask what he holds on you and he will send it. Given the above, it is usually one email.
Children, changes and contact
- This site sells to working professionals. It is not for anyone under 18 and nothing here is aimed at children.
- If this changes, the change is dated at the top of this page.
