Self install: you get the instructions straight away
The written install is at agntsphere.com/install and the same link reaches you by email. Pick your computer there, because the Mac install and the Windows install are different. Set aside 45 to 75 minutes with nothing hard behind it. There is no call and no screen share at this price, and if the same step fails twice in a fresh chat you can have your money back inside 14 days or put it toward a guided install.

Guided: we onboard you
Ninety minutes. We see what you already have and decide how it should be structured, and you dictate your voice interview in your own account. Nothing gets built before you have seen what is there.

Guided: we build, then hand it over in front of you
The build happens between sessions and takes 14 business days end to end. What your business is and how it runs gets written with you in the room, because a plausible invention there is worse than a gap. There is a calibration session in the middle. The handoff is where we walk you through what you have and teach you to use it.
Card payment is handled by Stripe. We never see your card details. Prices are in US dollars.
What you are owed
We stand behind the work and never the result. On a guided install that is everything listed against that column, handed over and working on your own machine, with the tests run in front of you. On the self install it is the software, the packs and written instructions that get corrected as things change, with your money back inside 14 days if it does not install for you.
Starting at $850 and moving up later costs the difference, because the $850 comes off the price of a guided install. All of it is written into the engagement agreement, which governs. Ask for it before you buy and we will send it.
